I am not one for publishing much personal information on the internet. I have one wife, two kids, and two cars. My house is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a two-car garage. I am very willing to promote where I live: Lake of the Pines. (Between Auburn and Grass Valley on Highway 49.) Lake of the Pines (LOP) is advertised as "Vacation where you live." and really does deliver. The combination of amenities, schools, and neighborhoods make it a great place to raise a family.

In my last computer course we used punch cards. (Those were the days.) I learned the computer skills I have through work experience and work-related seminars. I worked in construction, banking, finance, and real estate. I am self-employed and have been most of my working life.

 

I working on several web-based marketing projects. My primary project is real estate related. I need to expand my knowledge of the web. Whether I actually do all the web designs myself or not, I need to know more about the possibilities and limitations of creating, publishing, and marketing web sites. For this class project, I will be developing my LOPswimmers.com website.
